L’Organizzazione esecutiva del Social World Film Festival è affidata alla Italian Film Factory APS. Negli anni la macchina organizzativa è cresciuta in idee, progetti e non ultimo nella dotazione organica rappresentata da sempre più giovani professionisti esperti nelle diverse aree in cui si articola la struttura funzionale: 50 collaboratori diretti, 120 operatori durante la fase  di Vico Equense, 5 dipartimenti, 19 unità organizzative.Row Foto 1 Foto 2 Foto 3 La Struttura dell’organizzazione esecutiva è composta dal Presidente dell’Associazione, il Direttore Generale e da i capodipartimenti che sono deputati alla gestione delle unità organizzative di cui si compone l’organizzazione.
