Sinossi/Plot:
Il dott. Casoni sta lottando per mantenere viva la sua paziente Lisa. La bambina di sette anni soffre di una malattia rara e ha bisogno di un trapianto di midollo osseo per sopravvivere. I suoi genitori sono inadatti e dopo la vana ricerca di un donatore adatto, la sua unica speranza è ricevere una donazione dal fratello minore Samuel. Dr. Casoni, notando quanto il bambino sia stato colpito dalla magia di un clown in ospedale, gli chiede se vuole donare "la sua magia" a sua sorella. Samuel sembra essere riluttante a prima, ma poi, quando il dottore sta dicendo che Lisa, è convinto. L'operazione inizia e i genitori sono preoccupati per il risultato. Alla fine del trattamento, il bambino, svegliandosi dall'anestesia, chiede al medico di mettere in dubbio che l'uomo non possa mai dimenticare: "Allora, quando morirò?". Il bambino deve aver pensato che dopo la donazione avrebbe letteralmente dato la vita per sua sorella.
Dr. Casoni is struggling to keep his patient Lisa alive. The seven-year-old girl suffers from a rare disease and needs a bone marrow transplant to survive. Her parents are not compatible and after the vain search for a suitable donor, her only hope is to receive a donation from his younger brother Samuele. Dr. Casoni, noticing how much the child was struck by the magic of a clown in the hospital, asks him if he wants to donate "his magic" his sister. Samuele seems to be reluctant at first, but then, when the doctor explains that it is the nly way to save Lisa, he is convinced. The surgery begins and the parents are worried about the outcome. At the end of treatment, the child, waking up from anesthesia, asks the doctor a question that the man can never forget: "So, when will I die?" The child must have thought that following the donation, he would literally give his life for his sister.
